Every year in the Magh Utsav was happen in the premisis of the Dham . We meet the 2nd Purohit Sri Pitambar Ray and offer the Puja at the Mandir . from Purohit ji came to know the brief history of the Mandir and Guru Shankar Deva .In the Madhupur Dham premises there are Guru Greha(Mandir ) Kritan Ghar , Madan mohan mandir , Caretaker resident , Atithi ghar . More than 200 piligrams can stay at a time in the Atithi ghar of Dham . The Madhupur Dham is situated about 7 km away from Cooch Behar Town . As per the Purohit ji the Celebration of the Magh Utsav is one of the most important events the Dham . 6 days Mela is to be happen and during Utsav Assm -Bengal Cultural intraction will happen . Folk culture , play , Hari Nam (Kritan ) will be the main attraction of the Utsav . Good numbers of Devotee of Guru Shankar Deva of Assam will assemble at that Utsav .
