The main challenges of the whole Totopara is Communication . To reach Totopara every body have to cross the 5 river which is so tops in the rainy season . Except accept the situation there are no other alternative so people of the Totopara bound to accept this . In education there are High School and the children of Toto getting the education . It is good that the children of Totopara found keen interest to take the education .
The Toto is one of the Premitives Tribes but they are getting the facilities of the primitives Tribes . The students of Totopara not get the special education grant as because of the primitives tribes . In the political process the Totopara get once a Pradhan level representation and one Gram Panchayat Member among Toto . The dream of Sri Dhaniram Toto is Toto people get the chance to be Member of Parliament in Rajya Sabha nomited by the President of India . As there are no hope forth coming 100 years to be a MP from Toto community as because of population , No Population .... no value in our democratic system . I dont khow whether Sri Dhaniram ji's will see the same in his life time . May god Bless Him and fulfill his dream of Toto community .
